Get gene count matrices from your 10x single-cell data in minutes.

We are researchers at the California Institue of Technology and we have developed open source code to process 10x Single Cell Sequencing data. Our code is about ten times faster than Salmon Alevin/Star Solo and about 100 times faster than Cell Ranger. That means fast, accurate, no hassle gene count matrix generation.

How does it work?

We process your raw data and email you a link to download your unfiltered gene count matrices for further analysis. This is a free service. What we get out of it: increased user adoption for faster scientific discovery.
  1. Fill out the form below.
  2. We download your FASTQ files from Illumina.
  3. We align the reads to a transcriptome.
  4. We generate a gene count matrix.
  5. We send you an FTP link to download your gene count matrix and basic summary statistics.

Privacy

Our data retention policy is opt-out (meaning the default is that we delete all of the data files that are provided to us). We do not sell or otherwise share your data without your explicit permission. We delete your Illumina Client Key, Client Secret, and Access Token after we download your FASTQ files. Data is stored and processed on a secure on-site server.
